How do I delete my Sand Dollar account and associated data?

Before you delete your Sand Dollar account and any associated personal data, remove any funds from your Sand Dollar balance. It is not possible to delete a Sand Dollar account with a remaining balance, an account limitation, or other unresolved issues.

Deleting your Sand Dollar account will also delete your personal data associated with your Sand Dollar account, subject to the retention of any data required under the laws of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.

If there’s a chance that you might want to use Sand Dollar in the future, you can keep your account open without deletion.

To delete your Sand Dollar account, please email psd_support@movmint.io with the subject line “Close Sand Dollar Account” and provide in the body of the email the following account details:

• Full name, custom name, email address, address, and phone number. 

All of the above details must match the information provided when the Sand Dollar account was first opened.

Once you delete your Sand Dollar account, it cannot be undone.
